Your source material
Transcripts, episode details, generated notes, resource links and show settings are processed in your browser. This edition does not upload those records to a Hobbiton Media database or an AI provider.
Local storage
Drafts and saved episodes are stored in local storage in the browser profile you use. Local records are not encrypted by this application or protected by an online account. Anyone with access to that profile may be able to view them. Clearing site data can remove them permanently.
Hosting and external requests
The website host processes technical requests, which may include IP address, browser information, page paths and logs. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this package.
Email and billing
If you send an enquiry, its contents are processed by the email services involved so it can be answered. A future connected payment provider will handle payment information under its own notice. This edition does not collect full card details.
Retention and choices
Local records remain until you delete them or clear browser data. Export a backup to keep a separate copy. Support and future billing records should be retained only as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal data held by the operator. Local records can be removed directly in Settings. Contact support about information held outside your browser.
Updates
This policy should be updated when cloud storage, AI services, payment processing or other data flows change.
