Requesting help
For a payment made through a connected provider, email support@hobbitonmedia.store with your purchase email, date, plan and order reference. Do not send full card information.
Reviewing a request
Duplicate charges, billing errors, unavailable access and other concerns are reviewed on their facts under the purchase terms and applicable law. Contact support promptly so the issue can be investigated.
Consumer rights
Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Any consent needed for immediate digital performance must be presented at a future live checkout.
Refund processing
An approved refund is normally returned through the original payment provider. Timing depends on the provider and financial institution. Cancelling future renewal is separate from refunding a previous period.
