An active paid subscription
If live billing is enabled and you have bought a subscription, use the provider’s management link or email support@hobbitonmedia.store. Include the purchase email and order reference.
Timing and confirmation
Request cancellation before the next renewal. The effective date and remaining access depend on the purchase terms, provider confirmation and applicable law. Keep the confirmation.
Previous charges and saved work
